Mommy Dearest
this is the time to mediate most lent season going into Easter... but I'm slipping and I want to get back on the ball. It's hard to meditate at work especially but I find when I do meditate I feel so much better.

I do it sumtimes...i havent mastered it like no Zen artist or nutting. But I just try to sit stilll and still my mind for at least a 15 mins, not everyday i remember....sumtimes i forget....but it helps.....esp if u do it b4 betime or when u just get up....
