Fixing back pain issues during weightlifting

I've personally had herniated disks; upper back about 8 years ago, and lower back about 3 years ago.

Took months to heal, and I was scared to do anything that would compromise my back. Eventually, I started deadlifts, squats, etc., but with low weights, focusing on form. Now, I'm beyond where I was before the injury...back stills a little tight, but it's not painful or dehabilitating.

I'd just take some some time to heal, and then start building from very low weights, making sure your form is perfect. To deal with pain , try Canada Drugs
