Thaeir Spanish doesn't sound very fluent, but it's still ok considering that belize is an Anglo-Saxon country.

Agreed. I think younger generations of Mestizos don't speak Spanish fluently, or their Spanish is very "Kriol-ized"

Yes, the Spanish does sound very Kriolized. But hey, that's what you get in mix-up places.
At the same time, the Mestizos speak Kriol with slightly Hispanicized accent. A good example of Belizean Kriol, Belizean English, Belizean Spanish and Belizean Spanglish Kriol:
