Votes in Peru
i don't know much about the peruvian voting system, nor the current votes that are going on. the news has seemed drop the topic all together. could someone please explain why this seemed to be such a monumental vote for the peruvians? otorongo? anyone?

Voting is mandatory in Peru. And as most people are going to vote people do pay attention to the elections and get pretty riled up.
I can't believe a person that had to flee the country after robbing it blind, almost got reelected. |
