Ola Folks,

Reading the articles/interviews/news and other information from outside web sources in this forum is great, however, I ask of u guys:

1) When debating w/ others, please make best efforts to refrain from any name calling be it attacking another members character, intellect or physical being. While I do understand at times patience wears thin and heated debates occur; exchanging insults with another member will only make matters worse and take away from the intelligence and original discussion of thread. When disagreeing, practice stating your case only and avoid any condescending replies.

2) Please refrain from replying to page long threads just to say "interesting info" or "thx 4 the article" etc.. A simple one liner crediting the poster is fine enough and it saves everyone scroll down time or printing out pages like myself from seeing the same thing all over again.

3) When posting web documents from other sources, try and make it a habit to quote the URL you took it from. This way others can visit the website to read or learn more from its origin. Some of you do this constantly, but often times it is forgotten.

4) A suggestion when posting articles; put the text of the article in a [qoute] block; that way, even if someone hits "reply to post", the whole article won't be copied in their reply. This is sort of a pro-active way to prevent the long redundant replies.
