hmm i have a difficulty believe that 1.2 billion chinese 1 billion indians..

well oneshot....look at the united states .....15 percent are afrcian american..counting caribbean and those from africa and they make up 50 percent of the prison population..

In china and in india....theyre prison systems are so different..
in india....the prisoners are taught the error of their ways thru meditation and yoga....and the return rate of those prisoners are much lower than in this country....

in the usa..they just get bigger thru working out and more angry...all they lear in prison is more violence...violence begets violence

hey and don't forget the prision system needs to propagate such imprionments to justify building of more prisions and hiring more prison personel.
