Industry Fashion / Apparel / Retail, Graphic Design/Art Direction, Salary :Very Competitive Benefits: 401K, Dental, Health OVERVIEW: Work closely with the design team in the production and design application of collateral, point-of-sale, promotional and launch materials, direct mail, packaging, labeling and/or other internal and external marketing materials, that are consistent with the brand vision. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Works with the design team in production and design application of collateral, direct mail, point-of-sale promotional materials, hang tags, credit pieces, launch materials, and/or other internal and external communications. • Participates in the creation of fresh marketing ideas for the business. • Assist in leading the creation of fresh marketing ideas to propel the business • Continually research the marketing trends within the fashion retail industry • Stays abreast of current trends and provides competitive creative analysis. MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: None – this is an ideal role for an experienced, hands-on graphic designer. QUALIFICATIONS: • 7+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail cosmetics, fragrance or fashion. • Experience in development of retail collateral, point-of-sale, and promotional materials. • Proficiency in Mac software: Quark Xpress, Aldus Freehand, Photoshop and Illustrator. • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining deadlines. • Strong creative, oral communication and presentation skills. • Growth-oriented, team-player, with passion for the business and strong work ethic.
