Union Position/Licensed Practical Nurse. LPN needed for innovative outpatient Methadone Maintenance Treatment Program. Ideal candidate will have completed an approved program in practical nursing with a current NYS license & registration to practice nursing (LPN); 2 years working experience in Methadone Treatment; knowledge of methadone treatment regulatory requirements & standards, agency policies and procedures, relevant medications and patient characteristics.
