Thumbs up Much respect to single mothers

I had the opportunity to meet someone this past weekend and then to talk to an old friend lastnight. Both of them are single mothers who are single and raising there children on there own. After talking to the both of them and hearing there journey into motherhood (especially the first year). I have a newforund respect for mothers and the process that they go through. From breast feeding to seperation anxiety, being a mother is no flippin JOKE!!!!

That's why I'm tipping my hat off to all the mothers here on I-mix. The job you have isn't easy, but in the end,it'll definately be worth it!!!

Thanks that means alot to hear a man to give props to single mothers. I am a single mother and it can be hard at times but I wouldn't trade my little man for nothing. There are days when I get frustrated b/c of my situation but then are days when I can be having the worse day at work and when I go pick up him up from after-care, he is so excited to see me and tell me about his day in school and that changes my mood all around. So it's nice to see we are appreciated every now and then!!!

Awwww that's so sweet....i'm not a mother but I admire my mom for being strong and putting 4 kids through college by herself (i'm the last), making it on her own, having to do without sometimes just to support her kids....being a mother is a hard job!! I'm all emotional now
