Its Sad...

Over 25 million people voted in yesterday's finale of American Idol. Lets see of those eligible people how many will turn out on election day.

politics is not as 'entertaining' or important as social issues.

I'm glad Ruben won too BUT.....

Maybe if Ryan Seacrest hosted the 2000 presidential elections and Simon, Paula and Randy were judging Bush and Gore...who knows.

But seriously, I agree it is sad that so many people are more excited about voting for the new American Idol than political voting. I can't even guess how many minorities voted for Ruben or whoever. The competition was too close.

You know what irks me are those people who are eligible to vote and don't vote are the ones to open their mouth and compalin the most.
