Question I-mix Mommies

How many of you had a Cesarean? If you did, did you elect to have one? Is that easier to deal with as oppose to a regular birth?

Well I never had one, but I do know the aftermath is not easy.

I would rather have a regular delivery den gettin cut.

However, I was a C-Section baby, but dat was only becasue

my mother was 45 when she had me and she suffered from high

blood pressure. But these days woman does do dat ting by

appointment, I would wish them the best.

Thumbs up Allegedly C-Sections aren't that bad

My son was C-Sectioned and its such common practice, its generally not a bad option for most women. The scar is at the waist-line... Nothing that can't be covered up by a sexy tatoo. And believe it or not, will put less stress on a woman's body b/c all that pushing can be a B!tch.

Where you heard that one?

Haven't had one...but having witnessed several C-sections, there is A LOT of blood loss involved. Healing takes a lot longer for the mother as well...and there is a lot more pain afterwards...

Put the upside...de children come out with nicer shaped heads...

perfect forehead, I fine I have no forehead, and my brothers

well i'm having my sec. child in 4 weeks and I ask my dr if it is possible that they would give me a c-section instead of the pushing but the reply was only if there is trouble during labor because they are many risk with c-sections

I had a natural birth and I was glad I did. Couple hours after having my daughter. I was up walking around, playing cards, and getting escorted back into my room. It was pain free, even after the epidural wore off.

I would never have a C-Section unless it's life threatening.

Is that easier to deal with as oppose to a regular birth?

Only those who actually had both C-Section and Vaginal birth can answer that question.
