Finding Passion

I was thinking that I am so ill-suited to be working a 9-5 all the days of my life. For those of you who are entrepenuers or own a business, how did you find passion in and for your work? Even those who work a 9-5-type job, do you have a passion for what you are doing? How do you go about finding what you love?

At the moment I am in school, working on my undergrad degree in community health and spanish. The more I think about what I'm doing the more hum drum it seems where I am just getting this degree because I know I should (well I am almost done so I am going to continue with it) But I am thinking about after that..then what? More school? Why? Anywho..please share your thoughts.....

Remember having options is the name of the game. Life is definitely what you make it with a little luck thrown in..:o)

Entrepeneurship is not only having an idea, but having the wherewithal to develop it and pursue it wholeheartedly...

I sense that you have that spirit within!! Set goals, be patient and everything will happen for you..

God Bless

Well I do have a passion for what I do but in the same breath I have to say that my job is stressful 80% of the time. Being an Employment Specialist/Job Developer isn't easy. Trying to find work for people that either want you to literally go on the job interview and get the job for them to the ones that say they really want a job bad, bad, and when you get them and interview they beither sabatoge it or not show for the interview. Some want you to get them a $30 and hour job but only have $8.00 an hour experience....oui...Pressurah!!! I feel that I didn't choose my career, my career chose me. You really have to have a heart and drive for this career.
My reward is when I help someone get a job to retain their status as a productive taxpaying citizen that can support their families. That's my reward..nothing else....
