This morning I was watching court tv and there was a guy on trial for his sentencing. The story is that this guy was a nurse killing his patients(in NJ and Pennsylvania) because he felt that he should take them out of their misery(Mercy Killing they called it). He did not have permision from the patients to perform this act. He took it upon himself to do it. What gets me is that he will not get the death penalty because he made a plea bargin to tell the Courts about every patient he killed(between 30-40) and by what means. The Courts only knew of 13 patients he killed and 2 attemps. He will get life imprisonment instead.
He had some nerve to kill all those people and want to get out of the death penalty. Imix what yall think about this situation? Anyone believe in the death penalty? Should he have gotten the death penalty? |

He should not be working in a hospital if he couldnīt stand to see people suffer like that. Who the hell is he? God? He had no right to do what he did!

i am for the death penalty but the system is fakked up.. just wait and see the kobe case.. right now it is white vs black.. rich vs the system.. sounds like OJ doesn;t it.. I don't care if OJ did not do it but the fact remains if there was not a racist cop who messed up the investigation, if it was not played out as a race case, with the evidence and his behaviour he would have been found guilty american system: justice is blind but bling can be seen |

I guess I would have to hear the facts first(if the patients suffered at all). I am ALL for the death penalty, but I'm more particular for people that kill others in a brutal manner(chopping, stabbing, torture) to receive it. Too bad caning and flogging isn't in our system.
