Crime & Punishment..

Is the justice system in America really blind or is there a standard where those who are rich or more influential, and able to garner more expensive legal resources , can buy their way out.

i don't think it has much to do with money, but how famous the person is. u can hav a lot of money and not be famous and be treated like $hit. but the more famous you are, the more advantages u have. halle berry and her little incident.(hit and run). she didn't do any time. how many rappers time and time again get charges dropped for their crime. dmx, busta rhymes, 50 cents, p diddy, actors: robert downy jr, nick nolte, hugh grant etc..... daryl strawberry, need i go on? can u imagine how much time the average joe smo would have to do for these same crimes?
