Being heterosexual they should have more. but reading the article, a big red flag popped up. There is a difference with saying you are trying to adopt a child from an area that is in trouble, and wanting to adopt a child based on color. If someone went in and saw a White child and fell in love with it and wanted to adopt, great. But if someone is calling around saying they want to adopt a caucasian baby and they are not, it sounds just as stupid as someone saying they want to adopt a Black baby over the phone. Most people who adopt 'transracial' kids adopt kids who are from groups that are having a harder time finding adoptive parents.

And the second factor, to be blunt, is adoption from third world countries because there is less red tape.
