Exclamation Refund / purchase policy

1. Islandmix.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters and venues. We are not the party organiser and do not set the pricing of the e-tickets.
2. As part of our contractual relationships with our venue, promoter and affiliate partners, there is a requirement for us to share your personal information relating to the event tickets you have purchased.
3. Venue management and promoters reserve the right to refuse entry without giving reason. Islandmix.com cannot be held responsible for refusal of entry to the venue for any reason. In the event you are refused entry no refunds will be available.
4. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, unless paragraph 6 applies
5. You may purchase a limited number of e-tickets in anyone transaction. This number is indicated in the ticket ordering process and is verified with each transaction.
6. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on refunds. If the event is changed for whatever reason, the venue or promoter may set limits on refunds. In these cases Islandmix.com cannot be held liable.
7. Where postal tickets are the available option or option chosen by you, Islandmix.com sends tickets by first class post unless you choose next day delivery or, due to the date of purchase, this is the only available option. Please note Islandmix.com cannot be held responsible for non delivery of tickets by any postal method and does not guarantee to replace tickets that are not delivered.
8. For information about a purchase you've made, please contact us by email to info@islandmix.com quoting your confirmation code given to you at the conclusion of placing an order.
9. Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue. Info available on request from the venue
10. Please check your tickets. If you have found a mistake, please advise us immediately by email to info@islandmix.com and we will endeavour to resolve your request as quickly as possible
11. The management reserves the right to refuse admission should you breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue or promoter. The management may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
12. Islandmix.com reserves the right to cancel your booking if we suspect it has been made fraudulently.
13. Tickets are sold subject to the management's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
14. In some venues the unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed (please check with the venue if in doubt).
15. The Promoter, venue management and Islandmix.com accept no responsibility for any personal property.
16. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
17. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund or an alternative performance (subject to availability) up to the face value on the ticket.
18. All of these terms and conditions are governed by United States law.
19. Please ensure you are fully compliant with all relevant safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
20. In the event of accident, sickness or death, Islandmix.com its staff, agents or representatives cannot be held responsible. We are the ticket agent only
21. Please behave responsibly. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury could lead to you being asked to leave the venue or you being ejected.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled you will be contacted as soon as possible after we have received the notification from the event organiser. Refunds will be made automatically to the original card used to make the booking. Payment will be made within 15 days of us being notified by the event organiser.

Please note it may take up to seven working days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement after it has left our bank account.



Rescheduled events

If an event is rescheduled you will be contacted as soon as possible after we receive notification from the event organiser. You will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event and advised whether new tickets will be issued.

If you do not wish to attend the rescheduled events and would like a refund then you will need to advise us by reply email. If the tickets were E-Tickets new tickets will be issued to you. If the tickets were postal tickets then you will need to return these tickets to us.
