Hmm am glad to see soca artists travelling and spredaing the culture...when they travel and compare their amount of people turnout at shows , how they perform and how they market themselves then you can make a better ASSESSMENT on how to rate them among other artists instead of just comparing them for a two to three month carnival season..

be interesting to see who comes to DC this year for Carnival in June
DC Carnival is one of those things where I don't mess with the parade but I will turn out to fete last year RCAS was supposed to show at DC Armory and didn't- Kes The Band came instead AND let us not forget about HD not showing up for the HD/Shabba show in August at least they brought back Destra & Band with Mr Vegas around Thanksgiving- I think it was Thanksgiving Eve the same night as HD @ Club Tobago in Queens |
