why United States military don't want UK Relief crew to land in Haiti?

What is going on? The United Kingdom sent airplanes relief for humanitarian aids the United States military don't want them to land at the airport according to Foxnews they said they've been in dominican Republic for two days alot of frustration about that.

I don't know man this thing sounds crazy, and why they staying in Port-au-Prince while other people in different cities need help too?

stop reading things on the internet and watch CNN. They already explained that the airport in Haiti has very limited space and limited fuel. For those reasons, they've had to divert the planes to the DR instead. The planes that have been trying to get to Haiti have been circling and circling because of the lack of space. About Port au Prince, maybe they are focusing the efforts there because that's where the vast majority of victims are. That could be a reason. Or maybe it's just some big conspiracy not to help Haiti. You take your pick.

The runway at Cap-Haitien is too small for the size of the jets going into Haiti. It's around the same size as Dominica's Melville Hall.

They also said it's too far away from where the MAJOR damage has taken place. I'm sure everyone needs help, but they have to prioritize. I know it sounds cruel, but sometimes those kinds of decisions have to be made.
