not all de time. mih aunt is prof with her phd and a friend in the same teaching field makes more money than she does....and he has his master's.

if yuh really jus have de paper to say yuh have it...and yuh doh know what de ass yuh doin....does it really give you more respect? ppl might tink..."oooh, he has his doctorate" but when dey realise dat you still have no blasted skills with it dey might wonder whey de ass yuh buy it.

If you like research, it's a good follow-on.

My argument was that PHD's deserved to be paid atleast 100k for their first job. I think that after all the money, time and abuse that a person endures to obtain a phd anything less that 100k for them would be a slap in the face.

Bragging rights doesnt cut it to me...i think you should be PAID properly.

KeV: You dont need a PHD to tell me to shut the Fack up! any fool off the street can do that
