Upward Mobility Racial Disparity
Why is it harder for black folks than it is for white folks? In fact, blacks are more likely to go under downard mobility than any other racial group do.

Why is it that blacks are less likely to do that? Blacks are more likely to move up the social ladeder less than their parents did. Why is that? It's a double negative. |
