Green pigeon peas? Burn sugar, brown peas, measure rice, measure broth, add both, cover and let slow cook.

Steups, brown your sugar to a caramel looking state. throw in the peas. let it simmer for about 5 minutes. then throw in your pumkin, green seasoning, pimentos, garlic, onion, ginger, seasoning salts, rice and coconut milk. add water to lenghten if you still need more liquid. lower the fire or heat under the pot so that the peas can get a slow cook and allow for the rice and pumpkin to cook properly. stir the pot and ensure it's not sticking at the bottom. then u throw in some red butter for the final flavouring. take pot cover off so that it can dry down ah lil bit. take off the stove. serve hot with a slice of buttery zaboca at the side.
The love of my life is an Imixer!!!
