I'm still going to make the best out of it and party hard. To me anyway the fetes are the best down there anyway

Absolutely no one (artist/performer) may ride on top of the
truck cabs

maybe i am late with this, but do you think you guys are misreading the rule and its not that peformers are not allowed on the truck but there are not allowed to ride on the top of the Truck Cab, you know the actual truck....
