    Red Cross needs Haitian Creole speakers for 24 hr phone line!

    Red Cross needs creole speaking volunteers for a 24 Hours phone bank. CAll mr. Wilfrid @ 305-776-6900 ASAP PLEASE REPOST & EMAIL!

    is this only being done in FLorida.. cos if there's anything like this going on in NY, NJ or CT then I can make moves.. but FL is far away..

    I would assume you can call that number and find out where to find your local version of the same thing, since it's a red cross thing. Or just call the Red Cross directly. You speak Haitian creole?

    there are a lot of clients with haitian backgrounds..

    my friend at Yale goes to haiti regularly for her project.. thankfully she wasnt there when this happened..

    this is for her.. i can speak it but not to that scale.. i am surrounded by haitians at times.. but she has actually been to haiti and that island is the focus of her thesis... it is one of the languages i am learning at the moment..
