October - Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Because this disease has affected about twenty close friends and relatives, it's very close to my heart. Below are some links that give you info on different ways to show your support to find a cure during the month of October and throughout the year. Sephora offers some really nice products where the proceeds benefit Breast Cancer. Show your support people!!!

Oct 21 is national mammography day.

    Ford Lily Scarves:

Sephora Lip Glosses - $12.00 of each purchase will go to Breast Cancer.

    Thanks for posting this Mankilla.

I lost a friend to breast cancer and prostate cancer runs in my family, my dad is the only survivor.

I hope people go out there and urge the women of thier family to get checked for B.C.

A good friend of my S/O died a couple of weeks ago from this.

She had breast cancer and they removed her breast...she was fine for a year or so and then it inhibited the rest of her body..eating away at her organs one at a time..until taking her life...

Thank goodness I make sure the older women in my family are getting their checkups this week .....

Thanks for putting this up. My grandmother had Breast Cancer. She's the reason why I started my first personal website. I put up a dedication page & everything for her. I miss her a lot....Thanks once again.
    Still standing...:)
