NYC party people, who is your PROMOTER?

which promoter has the best events, best crowd and almost always guarantees a GREAT time?

what matters most to you? the venue, the promoter or the DJ?

Lady Tia....reggae events....althoight she a white blond chick, her events draw a pretty diverse crowd, roots and culture, music is always on point and vibes is always up to standard...dj's excalibur sound and king crown

promoter and dj is very key....i could care less what the venue is, is because the people weh mek di vibes.....and if a certain promoter carry a certain following, the vibes is guaranteed to be there no matter where the party go to

I like Upscale Promotions.... best reggae parties... and the got king crown on their team... great upcoming sound..

But a good party is a combo of promoters and dj... promoters pull a good and large size crowd... djs keep the vibe nice

i think it's her crowd that has allowed her to have that goijg so long...cause it's roots and culture and the vibe is easy....nothing that a club owner would have to worry about....she caters to an older, less fickle crowd....it's older and more mature...so when the vibe is right...we stick with it...younger crowds are fickle and more prone to create an atmosphere that club owners don't want in their venue...so promoters can't build

the venue... the promoter.... the crowd .. the dj.. in that order..

the venue gives me an idea of what to expect.. the promoter gives you more of an idea of what the crowd will be like and what kind of affair to expect.. the crowd that follows the promoter will differ... especially if its established events.. i know that the crowd at Vale will be different to a crowd from Wet Fete....and sometimes the crowd is the deciding factor.. and the dj doesnt really matter.. cos most of them play the same shit now anyways... there are a few djs what u know will give u ur moneys worth but others.. negligible.. u dont even care who in the booth as it not that interesting /.
Never waste your time trying to explain who you are to people who are committed to misunderstanding you.
