At least the American born latinos have a one up on other New Yorkers cuz their parents teach them Spanish and they learn English in school. Allyuh doh realize dem lil Spanish chirren cyah speak English good and they parents only talk to them in Spanish.

    Thumbs down

thats one of the problems with amerikkka
amerikkka's work force is encouraged to be bilingual
Unfortunately, the amerikkkan education system does not require students to master a second language, in fact language programs are not one of their main priorities
Hibernation is a covert preparation for a more overt action.

I truly believe that it's mainly if not only English speaking folks who are against learning another language.
