    RE: new one

Welcome to the pack, I myself am new to the 'Mix. I with Muddy Angel, let us discuss some different topics. We are all upset over what happened but constant discussion of it isn't going to make it better only depress us. Right now we should use this as a vehicle to get away from the tragedy, heaven knows we are bombarded at home with the TV coverage.

I feel it have real South man/gyul on the 'Mix. What about the Town man. I don't hear enough from the Town people. I am from Belmont/Cascade and went to QRC. Let we hear where all yuh from. I eh trying to start no civil war between Town and Down South but it look like we getting outnumber. Port-of-Spain Massive stand up and be counted!!

Montrealady, doh start nutten. :-) Muddy never said he/she had something with Town man, I just find it have real South man on the 'Mix. Town man need to represent! Ahhhh! Smokey and Bunty, I have fond memories of that establishment. The jerk chicken that they sell out there is on like a bolied corn J'ouvert morn. Word to the wise: DO NOT PUT PEPPER SAUCE ON THE JERK CHICKEN, REALLY I'M NOT JOKING!! Unless you are a glutton for punishment. It is quite hot already. The Robber nearly dead trying to play hero when mih pardners challenge mih to put pepper sauce on it.

You know it Robber, I lived in the house right across the street, they demolish it now but what yuh go do, all is life. I lived 147 Belmont Circular Rd., right across from the elderly twins in the Blue House, right next to where Derrick had/has his parlour!

Yeah! the Robber is happy! All yuh making me go back to days when I used to walk to town from QRC. We designed the route so that we hit every girl's school in town. Bishop's Anstey, Bishop Centenary, Providence, CIC-St. Mary's (alright that was a boy's school but all yuh know the rumors, I didn't start them, etc. Dem was days, boy. Who had the sweetest girls? I had a thing for Centenary girls. Doh sleep on Providence girls eventhough the first tabanca I ever get was from a Providence girl.

I think I know where you are talking about. It have nothing like a parlor. You could get every candy, preserved fruit in one little room and if you know the owner well you could get it on "trus'". I went to St. Margaret's Boys by the cemetery and it had a parlor there run by a rasta family. Bunny, as a child used to sit us down and vibe to us about Rastafarianism. He used to bribe us with Kaza balls and sugar cake. that was a simpler and happier time.
