    I will let BM skool you all on Punta Music, the initial comment was hardly worth elaborating any further than those chunes I posted, besides I did say "various other styles", not to discredit or devalue any other genres, my intention was really basic....
    To say ANYWHERE doesn't have it's own music is beyond ignorant.
    Nuthin personal against the person(s) who made that comment, but it is on the same level as Men giving birth, IGNORANT.
    I hear even Antarctica does have sum KILLER penguin marching bands

    I didn't say that music did not exist. I was in Mayan villages and around Garifunas so I know that they have their own music.

    When I went into music stores to buy CDs to bring home, I asked for Guatemalan artists and they said that they had none. Not once or twice but many times- in the country and in Antigua and in Guatemala City. I even went to two clubs and didn't hear a single Guatemalan song. That is what I mean...
