Agree or disagree? Why or why not?

And if you married someone for papers (or let someone marry you for papers) would you sleep with someone else outside the marriage or wait til it's over?

(And under what conditions would you marry someone for papers/let them marry you?)

I not doin dat unless I have some kinda interest in the person. Somehow nuff times it start dat way den feelins get in the mix so I'd rather know I have positive feelings for the person goin in than to begin to know and end up loathing them as a result and wanting to get out.

OP: As for marrying a woman cause she needs papers, nah. Either you marry me cause you love me or don't mess with me.

i can't answer that question..cause marriage is different for everybody

like if a person believes in monogamy and marries someone for a business arrangement and wants to sleep with them only...then fine

if someone marries someone for papers and wants to sleep with other people then that's fine too

marriage for papers to some is a marriage and marriage for papers to some is a business...JUST LIKE

regular marriage to some is a marriage and regular marriage to some is a business....

some women when they get married expect man to come with a certain FICO score and assets because it's all about business and the combining of assets and creating wealth

at the end of the day...it's all the same shit really

depends on how the marriage is entered.. if both parties know what the deal is.. it's a business arrangment.. where a citizen is rented for a specific period of time to facilitate papers.. but they can basically lead their own life.. thats cool

the other one is when peopel trick and scheme and pretend to be in love when the only agenda is securing that green card.. after that they ready to bounce.. that's when people get crazy.. deception is a helluva thing..
Never waste your time trying to explain who you are to people who are committed to misunderstanding you.

i find that's the time when people complain about living in hell....they create their own negative circumstance but can't deal with that reality so they blame the other person

ALL marriages are for "papers". Its the paper benefits that people want.
The other benefits you should have long before you walk down the aisle.

so since you consider them the same, would you let someone you married for papers or who married you for papers sleep outside the marriage (basically an open marriage)?

And under what circumstances would you even allow a marriage of convenience (papers)?
