When a woman continues to see a man that she has little to mild interest in, she is seen as doing the man a courtesy or giving him privilege and a pleasure. But when a man continues to see a woman he has little to mild interest in, he's seen as selfish...manipulative...no good.

who says that?? you making things up or what? the woman who stays with a man she doesnt like is creating the man who stays with women he does not like.... both equally terrible....
