    Post Jamal "Shyne" Barrow....The case

    Jamal "Shyne" Barrow appeared before Judge Charles Solomon in NY's Supreme
    Court today, arguing to have his case dismissed. Shyne was convicted in
    2001 of a shooting in a Manhattan nightclub & sentenced to 10 years in
    prison. "I am not authorized by law to speak on the case," Shyne's
    Attorney Murray Richmond told AllHipHop.com. "We are filing a 440, motion
    for dismissal." The next hearing is 1/21, 2003.

    That's sad, Yes they boy have a bad rap sheet but the system is f-up sometimes.

    I kinda blame Mr.Diddy in a way bc he kinda of got the boy off too, I does watchin Making of the Band 2 every flickin Monday and last week one of the guys Dylan) have a legal problem and Mr.Diddy is going to try to help him out with it.

    And he already had a record contract with Puff. You know P Diddy feels guilty now so he's making up for him with Dylan.

    Ah, modern society...the haves take the rap for the have-nots. Not saying Shyne should have gotten off, but if he got convicted, Puffy should have too.

    I wrote him a letter, but never got a response. Poor ting.

    And that Puffy, kicking of Dylan off de damn show: :
    He not going to help him do a blasted thing.
