    I should join this challenge. My goal is to lose another 10-15 pounds. I've been trying to go to the gym 4x a week/2 hours per session without the help of a personal trainer.

    We'll see how that goes. Hope you've lost some pounds since your last weigh-in, Picong!

    Don't forget to drink LOTS of water and avoid beverages where the first two ingredients include sugar.

    yeah I know d routine.....was able to get down to 195 last year then BBQ season start......... den bim and trinidad........d only ting ah love more dan food is scotch and rum......ah was tuh start over Insanity today but me and meh gal was bulling like 2 wilderbeast till like 2 dis morning and ah tired.....hopefully tomorrow
