As to your statement regarding religious freedom, Jesus certainly would support religious freedom for all, even muslim fanatics. But he would not support the latter because the government has no place in what belongs to God.

some aspects of religious fanaticism jesus would not support... remember when they were about to stone that woman, jesus said those who are without sin cast the first stone...

there were other times jesus stopped people from doing something and the people said "why not, it is God's law" and jesus said something about or something to the affect of follow not the law but the spirit word or something like that.. i dont remember exactly what it was though but i dont think he would support fanaticism at all, but basically he was not about making the letter of the law more binding but wanted people to follow the spirit of god's law...

not that he woulda condemned the fanatics, he would encourage them to follow the spirit instead of bombing in God's name and shit like that

I think what he is leading to, are certain positions taken by Christians (generalizing here).

For example gay couples should not be able to adopt children.

Certain positions taken by "Christians" if they aren't in the bible and can't be backed up by the bible, then they shouldn't be listened to.

But...aside from that, I really want him to answer what he's talking bout.
