So for me now..I know I need to do the lats and seated rows, but I also wanna focus on the mid section.....If I join a gym, what machines should I use to focus on the abs?

IMO I think its best to do the good ole fashioned crunches... at least 3 sets of 20 to start

-The Machine is not needed for the mid section so stick to crunches 2 -3 a week.... Nothing more.....nothing less.

-And try to do 3 sets of 3 different ab work outs if u want results. Doing them with a pilates ball works more muscles out also.
(Try not to over do it , because you dont want to pull a abdominal muscle TRUST ME!)

-You will also need to do cardio to get rid of the extra fat..... I hear u need 8% body fat and less to see your abs..
