happiness...
what do you consider happiness? what makes u happy?
is it finding intrapersonal happiness or the appearance of happiness for the time-being? |

Happiness ...comes from within...
Happiness for me...is my friends and family...no stress...a roof over my head...food to eat..and clothes on my back... I've got health and life...and good people surrounding me to support me through tough times... What more can you ask for... My Auntie told me something once before.. "I'll be dead a long time...so while I'm alive for such a short time...I will make myself happy no matter what it takes" |

i think nowadays people use to word happy too much which had made it lose its true meaning. for me happiness is a deep feeling of accepting and understanding what is going on in my life and around me. it takes times and a lot of maturity and wisdom according to me to reach happiness, so it bothers me sometimes to see how fast people say they are happy.

i agree partially with poca but i'm wondering (SERIOUSLY) if happiness for you comes from satisfaction of professional achievement, physical beauty, helping others, etc. - WHAT TRULY MAKES U FEEL HAPPY INSIDE?
i feel happy when i've helped someone, even if its in a small way. getting a response from someone that i've reached out to makes me feel happy. my son makes me feel most happy! actually, its all joy when i look at him. i feel happy when i'm surrounded by friends, talking about our struggles and accomplishments and aspiring to be better people. ultimately, what keeps me happy is that i'm working towards a better me - spiritually & mentally. that includes, an occupation or career that i love and where i aspire to be & do my best, physical fitness, and having ppl who care about me all around me. |

Personal growth is a constant...you always have to surpass your mistakes..and make sure they don't happen again...especially when you know certain mistakes make you unhappy...Over achieve to make them not repeat... and happiness will follow. |
