Question Forget The Black Man/White Woman Thing, What About...?

The Light Skin vs. Dark Skin thing in our own communities?

Certain WOMEN basically deal strictly with dark sken MEN and certain MEN basically deal strictly with light skin WOMEN.

Considering most others of the other persuasion as unattractive and/or undesirable.

    Has anyone ever noticed this?

    Is this right/wrong?

    you talking about lesbians now

as per usual a confused and confusing post.

was it right or wrong for you mother to have you?

while people may or may not agree with others dating only light or darkskinned people or the black man dating only white women or vice versa, who exactly are we to say if it's right or wrong?

personal preference is just that, a preference.

sad if it comes out of a person thinking that light is just better or dark is better, but if that's what you are attracted to just beacuse that's what you're attracted to then big fat deal.

    Fix it back?

But to the topic at hand, thats just people's preference.

In some cases, although they have a preference, that does not necessarily mean that they limit themselves to that,in other cases they might just limit themselves to their preference.

Shouldn't this be applicable to the whole black/white thing too?

Yet, it doesn't seem to be seen as simple "preference", rather "issues" and/or "problems" of self esteem and/or other.

I have seen people label that as an "issues","self esteem" thing as well.

I'm talking about folks who pretty much STICK to that "preference."

Like men who ONLY find light skin women attractive and find all dark skin women ugly.

    and/or

Women who ONLY find light skin men attractive and find all dark skin men ugly.

I know people who used to think like that who admitted that they had issues.

You were juss chastizing me about using "fix it back" and here you are destroying English grammar by using "HAS" instead of "HAD" or "HAVE."

Difference is...you didn't do it on PURPOSE.

Nah,the fix it back, was impying that you had men before then changed it to women, then changed it back to men. That is a typo on my part.
