i would say both!...you cant predict what will happen in these uncertain times so it doesnt hurt to be as prepared as you possibly can!..my mom has a disaster kit in her basement..all kindsa stuff...cases and cases of water, canned veggies, dried meats..lolololo..we laugh at her! but if something strike, i hope im at her place
