Grated cheese, butter, lil bit of pepper if you wish and mustard for flavor all mixed up with added food coloring if you want.

The food coloring is not necessary. I just put it in to make the paste look pretty and give it an interesting look. I couldn't eat it any other way as a child growing up. It had to have color.

Once you make them, give me update on the taste. I may try them out myself.

yea, I think I'm going to try that today for a function... But I'm going to try both the regular W.I. cheese and then the tofu... and see which one is a hit!

Its funny, I was reminiscing about them sandwiches the other day. But I think that the type of cheese you use would affect the taste though. Back in the day, the cheese we would get from the parlour was Old cheddar cheese - had a nice sharp taste.

You know, I remember you!! because of yuh name!! lol...

But you're right, that's why I'm a lil iffy n' suspect with the tofu cheese... And I'm a cheese feen, so that sharpness is rare with just any ole cheese... I'm going to make one first before I go waste some set of cheese...
