    hum tough question!

I would say that c'est comme un Camembert.

It has a very creamy taste, also très velouté. At first I would say that the flavor is quite bold but the velouté aspect of it adouci that impression.

on the box it says: Pasteurised soft ripened cheese from France. Made from pasteurised milk and cream, bacterial culture, salt, rennet, penicillium camemberti.

It has 44% matière grasse and 42% moisture

    it's a triple cream cheese!

    Very fattening and Yummy!
