No, that was the argument from the very beginning. You only chose to ignore it. I said that's a realistic description OF the terminally-ill homeless person. The description being, left for dead. i.e. without appropriate medical care.

The "waters" are the same throughout all of my posts.
As for getting the best vs. getting what they can afford...the presumption you make is that patients get "the best" care in socialist states...not one of which is economically vibrant (you pick the country, I'll prove my point). Depressed economic outlook usually means that the populace is provided the basics...not the best. You'll be hard-pressed to find the latest technical advancements in place in medical facilities in socialist states as you would in capitalist ones.

The paradox in socialist states is that you have the access to the best care available...the irony then is that the "best" really isn't...of the best.
Well let's pick the two in question then, Cuba and Venezuela.

And let's try to compare them to comparable countries, like you know, capitalist countries in the Caribbean and South America.

Have at it.

Which would happen even your socialist states...since you seem to have missed my point the first go around. Only difference is that they probably wouldn't be left for dead in plain sight.

Why not compare them to more profitable capitalist states for a truly more representative example of the reality? Many caribbean and South American countries irrespective of their political ideologies, suffer from poor medical care. Funny that you're trying to have me prove your point for you by inviting me to 'have at it', lol.

Aren't you the one claiming that in socialist states the level of care is better on the whole? How come you're not bringing the evidence?
