    Ah...VP :

This is not about Passa Passa....the Man is walking you through a colorful history of the scenes in JA Dancehall and how we set trends !

Re : The women them looking rusty... don't worry...they don't want you either..you too " soft " they looking for man that can do the wuk an mash up pum pum.

Re : Slackness, well put it like this, I have been to St Vincent, numerous times.... and what I see them " rusty women " doing is not different from what I saw on Carnival day and in numerous fetes in dark places in St. Vincent.

Those old time riddims are just music to the ears but I like Beenie's riddim better and I love the video mostly because it brings you back in time when you see those old dances and fashion styles (spandex, wigs, massive rope necklaces). Reminds me of "DanceHall Queen"

    In full agreement here....

I have to go with the Maestro on this, he skillfully on a lyrically level lay out is case and carry us through a colorful journey from the early days of DanceHall to where notorious charters had JA on lock down ( Jim Brown ) to fashions of Batty Riders, colorful wigs, Big Batty Gals, , Bogle dance , crisp LA Gears, etc...

... and every ghetto youth from Seaview, Jungle & Tivoli from as young as five is fearless on the mike and ready to step-up ... they might of laugh at the Fashions and Dances ...but clearly they are Trendsetters...and reaping the profits 10 fold Worldwide !

It's funny you should say that...cause my nephew said the same thing....but if you grew up in that period and have an idea what Beenie is talking about, then in my opinion it is a tight song....don't get me wrong Cham song is tight also, but I give the edge to Beenie.

The lyrics to that Beenie Man song are off the chain! The Cham song is great... but that Beenie song has better lyrics and a better video by far.

But surely you know that those dances exist separate and apart from Passa Passa and in fact those dances are from long before the times of Passa Passa right?

    LOL, yeah right...

I would not question that you knock of nuff yardie women( uptown brownins, or just soft JA girls ), which don't count, but what I am questioning is if you are man enough to deal with a real Jamaican women ?

The ones where you hav fi know how to lay pipes correctly, the one that will fight you blow for a blow like a man....lol you know damn well that you ain't even man enough to call them rusty in their face...

Yeah I still rate you...I have nuff respect for you.. I am not a playa hate like ppl on Imix here, you should know that by now !

But what does that have to do with the fact that you don't like Passa Passa ? to me it is hypocritical for you to talk about slackness, when in your own backyard slackness exist , what you should say is that the JA women are bolder in their slackness...

But Like Beenie stated : We Set The Trends, So What The Posse Them A Bald "bout ?
