Whenever you do a review on Amazon, whatever you've reviewed is archived. I checked her reviews, and to my surprise; Ms. Kris reviewed a tanning product. And I'm sure many Black folks just love to buy products related to tanning...right? *sarcasm* In addition to this; it would appear that the only book review she gave was my book.

    How interesting...I thought.

Basically, I knew that review was not from a Black person from the tone and when I did the research; I concluded as much.

Thanks...I'm concentrating on fiction for a while.

I loved writing my first book, but it took a lot of deep THINKING, reading, and research. It paid off in the end, but it too me over 6 and a half years to write.

The mysterious person part I did not like tho. I picked up and got a very dark and evil vibe right away reading that part.

This is urban Chicago, Pebbles, and the story wouldn't be authentic if I didn't write about those "mysterious characters" that the city has in abundance. And your vibe is correct. The character in mention is not a nice person. Not one bit. This story starts out nice, but the events in the book are spanning over 35 years; they encompass a lot of drama between the various characters that will be introduced.

It will keep readers in suspense...I promise

LOL WELL Good luck crossing that family line using EVIL. The karma can backfire especially involving innocent kids. Evil characters NEVER WINS in my book. My peeps are currently in the process of making a TV/movie on it tho. The characters in it are great. More money and a wider audience than print.

There's a difference in glorifying evil as opposed to exposing it.

My characters are relateable to readers and their personalities are infectious.

Maybe, I'm not getting into the mind of a black woman (especially hers) too deep. I have my own mind to stay on top of.

All I got out of that (positive) is that createspace exists and more importantly is directly tied to Amazon.

Good to know in case I ever need to pass the info on. Barnes & Noble (the actual store in my area) and Amazon are my crack when I try to wean myself off fb. Which never happens. lols

Are you a parent or have kids? Well I definately don't know any logical parents that will be interested in reading about those types of "infections characters/personalities". It's fictional so a waste of my real time.

It's not that kind of book, Pebbles.

Not sure what you're thinking, but it's got a lot of Black history tied-in. It's a story...good, bad and ugly...then TRIUMPH. There will be a sequel book.

I don't write books about babymamas, drug dealers and pimps. This is about how life can be interrupted by unsuspecting drama, caused by people with issues.

Well I'm a very strong childrens/parent advocate. So when it comes to innocent children. I am very protective and won't ever support/interest with anything evil around them. Not in fiction or real life. I'm lucky if I can find 2hours to just watch a good comedy movie/tv show these days. Oh well that's my 2cents. Do you.

This story has nothing to do with children in that sense. These characters are grown.

What are you thinking it pertains to per se? Maybe that's what I should ask.

And...thanks so much for your insight and encouragement.

Someone once told me NEVER to share your dreams with DREAM KILLERS.

In today's world, there are many frustrated people who like to take their problems out on unsuspecting people. We are all trying to make it.

The rich aren't concerned with those who are not happy, broke or unfulfilled--it's not their problem that some people don't understand that life is about ECONOMICS.

However, for those who are inspired to be better, do more, and accomplish the impossible: Godspeed.

And when you arrive...don't forget to leave directions for those who are still trying to find their way.

Thank you so much for your support. I'll remember it when I make my next royalty deposit.

And I highly advise you to read this, sweety: Beware of Dream Killers | Clutch Magazine

    What goes around, comes around.

Be careful what you say to people. That's one of your biggest problems.

    Think on this.
