    I wouldnt say all...but definitely most. A genuinely unbiased White is a very rare sight indeed.

    I mean you've got no choice. The hard part is that most Whites in academia are either adamantly against the idea that they could possibly be racist because they're "too enlightened" for that, or they feel that their views are reflective of the truth.
