    Africa survive this century?

Is it reasonable to assume that sub saharan Africa will survive the end of this century?
    From
    disease
    endangered species,
    social strife
    civil war
    corrupt governments
    Droughts
    genocide.....

Has it gone its course as a continent & time simply run out?

Is it really worth while it to keep trying to bail out and save Africa from the Africans and other forces of nature?

Should the worlds resources be used in other places that have more hope

Well Im not sure about the "BIGGEST" supply of oil .I think the middle east and venez. hold that title.
But even with the resources its putting out is the rest of the world not using more just to keep it afloat.

    gain 2 give 5?

I dont think anyone was saying its barren.

Just asking is doom in the foreseeable future?
If so when do we stop assisting
and just let Africa fix its own problems(if it can)
If it was one country no biggie
But assisting most of an entire continent can be a drain
It just has alot of issues.

    Its like the little cousin thats always getting into trouble;
Bail him out and a couple weeks later has bigger isses that make the old ones look petty.

Not trying to sound that way but i think you help one more by Teaching them to FISH rather than just giving FISH it to them.
I think the US and UK intervening in the middle east caribbean and Africa may be holding them back, rather than making them fix their own problems

Are you serious, is Africa the only place that yu see suffering? True a lot of its negative aspects are advertised, globally, but I seriously doubt that this is a quits for the continent of Africa. Not all its countries are down shits creek. I feel this way about, the entire world benefited from the rape of this continent, and is still reaping the fruits of the intended demise, (which will not happen) so therefore for the amount of help that is being put into Africa I feel has not yet equaled to the amount of wealth that has been taken out.

Some may say that europe pretty much went to war with Africa

If so do they really Owe africa anything?
    they waged war and won.
If two tribes did it would one "owe" the other?
What about countries that assist and had nothing to do with the slave trade? What about the africans that helped to promote the siezing of the wealth....?
