    Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrgggghhhh!!!

    Just going through carb withdrawal.

    What I wouldn't do for 4 slices of bread and a serving of mash potatoes right now.

    But since I lied and said my waist was a 29 on my carnival registration form, I must fight the urge.

    Geez, I would eat my right arm now if it smelled like mashed potatoes.

    Or some rice and peas....

    how long hav u been on dat diet? i heard dis morning dat it is unhealthy to be taking in all that protein. would u consider another diet or is dis the one for you?

    I wouldn't even bother trying staying away from carbs for a long length of time. It is pointless. I wouldn't make it for more than a day.

    Its not a diet perse, I just need to be more conscious of how much of it I eat. I still eat it, just in moderation.

    It worked for me last year when I was going to Cropover. I was no SSS, but I got by.

    I jus think that the "no carb" thing is not a very good way to go....
    Because what do you do after the weight loss goal? There is no way in this world..I could live without Rice, Potato, Bread!!

    That is pure INSANITY!!

    Portion Control is wayyyyy better..

    Just so people don't think I'm crazy, I'm not dieting...I'm just monitoring my carb intake, and having smaller portions.

    Since I used to be eating carbs all day, everyday, this is a challenge for me.
