Hmmm makes you wonder if this "weakening of insurgents" is merely a break in order to regroup? Maybe even giving the US a false sense of security......a calm before the storm so to speak?

    Costing lives and money.

    http://www.parapundit.com/archives/002494.html

The Air Force is spending about $800 million monthly.

The Marines, which are spearheading the fighting in Fallujah, had an average monthly war cost of $300 million.

The Army, with about 110,000 soldiers on the ground in Iraq, has a monthly "burn rate" of $4.7 billion.

What are we doing there again, I forgot?

Think about all that free flowing oil you guya will have after this is all done with!!!

@ Toppa the calm before the storm is not a good thing at all. A lot of people will lose their lives.
I do not agree with the US being in Iraq in the first place but I truly feel for those men and women who are fighting over there.
