What is your next athletic meet? I have a 1 mile(Virginia Reggae run) in Aug and a 1/2 Marathon (VB Rock n Roll)

I am just working up to running the length of 3 light posts instead of just 2 right now. I will worry about 1/2 Marathons like a year from now!

and yes, even though I'm not supposed to run, I am still giving it a go cause of all of you guys here.

At least I am outside and off the elliptical for the time being *two thumbs up*
