    mainly eliminating the carbs that spike your insulin quickly like white rice, white flour, including pastas & breads and sticking towards carbs like sweet potatoes, beans, chickpeas those kind of starches. Then your fruits and other vegetables. Even though they have sugar in them as well, the fibre content slows down the passage into your system and thus reduces the insulin spikes.

    good fats are your real fats like avocados, real butter, coconut oils, etc.

    Totally agree with you! Junk foods along with sodas, sweets and too much rice make a person fat. To control the build up of fats, we have to limit ourselves from over eating these food plus regular exercise.

    The excess of soda drinks, fatty, junk, and fast foods, make us fat and overweight.
    Avoid all such processed foods and take more natural and organic foods to control your weight gaining.
    One an other reason of overweight is that people are no doing proper exercise and physical activities because of that fat is increasing.

    Nice post and very informative. No doubt that high calories food,junk food and eating lot of fast food cause fat and weight gain. Exercise is also very useful so if we do not do exercise then fat will increase.
