i do a variation of crunches, classic sit ups and sit ups on the mini ball. i dont take classes at the gym. i do it by myself

Carbs are hard! . Start by limiting how much you eat...if you eat it 7 days a weeks, cut it down to 4 days to start...most weeks I only eat carbs 2 - 3 times a week...the plus side of losing weight is the maintenance. It's easier for my body to maintain than to lose.

yeah i mix it up. i do cruches, sit ups, sit ups on the ball, the wheel. the only things i cant do are leg raises because of bad hip

Hahaha! Make small changes. lol...If you like beer, drink light beer instead of regular beer.

Try wine instead of martinis...

When I drink, I do rum and diet coke instead of regular coke...don't have to worry about calories in diet coke! lol

Wednesday: 1 hr of Soca aerobics class or weights (different part of body than Tuesday)

Friday: Full body weight training workout and 30-40 minutes of cardio.

I am trying for long term change in my eating and exercise habits and I know I will only sabotage if I try to cut out one food group.
Your diet...do u eat the same thing everyday, or do u change it up?

doh drink beer guinness only and havent done dat since early december...fck wine jus mek me sleepy...doh drink mixed drinks much...is jus rummmmmmm or high wine w/ ginger ale or hennnnyyy dais it...wid wata maybe if i doh have much to play around wid...

Sign me up I would like to do African Dancing, I fine when I was dancing I lost so much weight and kept it off. Now I work go home take care of house sleep and do it all over again.

How often do you drink? Planning is key for me. If I know that I'm going to drink on a particular day I eat foods that are filling but lower in calories on that day...

I try not to eat unawares...I try to be conscious in advance of what I'm going to eat (or drink for that matter) the day before or the morning of.
