    Staying healthy and fit.

    Staying healthy and fit. Why do YOU do it? I was once a 3 pack of Newport Cigs and 6 pack of Heineken per day guy. Woke up one day, feet hurting and major discoloration from the left knee down. Had to make changes. I was about 4 weeks away from my 40th birthday. Had to make changes.

    Why made you change?

    Overall it makes me feel better. More energy - not so sluggish - and it helps my body maintain a certain look.

    had the dreaded C...treatment was far worse than the disease and did just as much damage if not more than ur illness.......lost my health and had to fight to get it back....

    I work had to stay fit so that I will have a slim and sexy physical appearance because that is my ideal look. Most importantly I work out to maintain optimal health since I have one body and I need to keep it fit so that I can be self-sufficient in my 70s and above.

    Exercise and healthy food are very important to improve health and fitness. Go for running, walking, push ups, chair squats, bench press and push ups to make strong muscles and improve physical performance. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, salads, drink fruit juice and plenty of water that are really good for health and prevent from many diseases.It improve mood, make strong bones and muscles, boost energy, improve heart functions and mental health.

    For good health and fitness natural ways are always best. Exercise,proper sleeping,good healthy diet all are best ways to maintain health. Health is precious so we should do exercise for healthy living and should add healthy food in diet
